Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Linear Infrastructure Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all asset management activities for highways linear assets, working closely with the Connect Plus Team, Connect Plus Services, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies for highways linear assets, ensuring alignment with handback requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Commercial & Asset Delivery team to optimize scope and delivery methodologies.
  • Drive innovation, efficiency, and carbon reduction throughout the gateway process.
  • Support the development of the Annual Asset Management Report, capturing benefits achieved and lessons learned.
  • Understand and act as a source of knowledge for contractual and system requirements around asset management obligations.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer (ICE or equivalent) or relevant accreditation.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure assets from a client perspective.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver multiple projects in parallel.
