Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant at Linear Partners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by identifying and engaging with outstanding professionals in the corporate finance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients in Investment Banking and Corporate Development.
  • Actively source and headhunt top talent through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Provide tailored, expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, interviewing, salary benchmarking, and career opportunities.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from initial client briefings to candidate placements and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Linear Partners team to deliver on individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry news, developments, and trends to best serve our clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months' experience in recruitment or executive search, ideally within the Investment Banking or Corporate Development sectors.
  • An understanding of financial markets and the ability to engage credibly with senior-level professionals.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing client and candidate relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
