We are seeking an experienced professional to join our London office as a Commercial Excellence Lead. In this role, you will work closely with clients and Managing Directors to drive business growth and improvement through strategic planning, team management, and performance evaluation.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, with a focus on strategy development, project management, and client relationship building. You will be responsible for managing multiple project teams, developing analytical frameworks, and communicating key insights to clients.
- Annual Salary: £100,000 - £160,000
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and improvement through strategic planning and team management
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks to support client projects
- Communicate key insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm
- Advanced degree from a top-ranked school (MBA, M.PhD, Postdoc)
- Superior analytical skills and expertise in strategy consulting approaches
