Ferrero International S.A. is looking for a seasoned Commercial Excellence Executive to drive quality excellence across our global operations.
This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing commercial strategies that prioritize quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Commercial Quality Manager to define commercial rules, guidelines, and methodologies, reviewing brand importance and past quality results to inform decision-making.
Key responsibilities include leading the freshness panel in conducting quality evaluations, training them on methodologies and criteria, and validating data analysis collected.
An ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
