TXM Recruit are seeking a High Voltage Electrical Design Professional to join our clients dynamic Electrical Engineering team.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high voltage electrical design projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test high voltage electrical control systems and hardware.
  • Contribute to the creation of wiring harnesses, schematic designs, and control systems.
  • Work on Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Power Electronics and traction battery systems.
  • Collaborate on projects related to chassis powertrain and driveline systems.
  • Perform system diagnostics and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Work with electrical design software, including 2D CAD tools, to generate detailed designs and schematics.
  • Produce parts listings, BOMs, and maintain accurate records in line with engineering standards.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £70,000 - £100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a relevant engineering environment.
  • Experience in commissioning and testing electrical control systems.
