Payroll Manager

At TJX Europe, we're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for the management and development of our payroll processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll team and third-party service providers to deliver timely and accurate payrolls across all of TJX Europe.
- Develop and implement effective payroll processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in payroll operations, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of year-end reporting for all European markets, including statutory filing requirements.
- Manage and monitor the performance of third-party payroll providers, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Experience of leading payroll systems implementations and transformation processes.
- Previous experience of managing third-party payroll providers.
- Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
