Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for the management and development of our payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payrolls across all of TJX Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll team and third-party service providers to deliver high-quality payrolls.
- Develop and implement effective payroll processes and systems to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including UK statutory filing requirements.
- Provide management reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Recruit, train, and develop the payroll team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes, including implementation and transformation.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Payroll Management.
