Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for the management and development of our payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payrolls across all of TJX Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll team and third-party service providers to deliver high-quality payrolls.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in payroll operations.
- Oversee the management of department resources and manage the calendar of events.
- Recruit, train, and develop the payroll team, setting objectives and providing feedback and support for performance improvement.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes, with experience of implementing new systems.
- Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent.
