Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for the management and development of our payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payrolls across all of TJX Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll team and third-party service providers to deliver high-quality payrolls.
- Develop and implement effective payroll processes and systems to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and employment legislation.
- Manage and monitor the performance of third-party payroll providers to ensure they meet our service level agreements.
- Prepare and report all UK statutory filing requirements, including P11d's, PSA, STBV, and CSOP.
- Provide management reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Oversee the management of department resources and manage the calendar of events.
- Recruit, train, and develop the payroll team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Experience of leading payroll systems implementations and transformations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations, including tax and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues.
