A key role has become available at Alois Technologies Limited in Greater London, DA6 7AT. We are seeking an exceptional individual to work as a Leadership Support Manager on a 4-month contract. This hybrid role involves working 36 hours per week with 3 days spent in the office and flexible working arrangements for the remaining days.
Purpose of the job:
The successful candidate will enable the Chief Executive and CLT to deliver organisational objectives by providing effective EA support to all members of the CLT and ELT. This will be achieved by ensuring the best use of the Chief Executive's time and delivering a high-quality service to customers.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

* Experience of team management and leadership
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Good political nous with the ability to pick up nuanced environments quickly
* Reliable and discrete with a thorough understanding of confidentiality
