Job Description: As a Procurement Administrator with Flowtech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary focus will be on allocating stock effectively to meet sales demands, while also monitoring component orders to guarantee timely delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Allocating stock to sales and works orders
  2. Monitoring component orders for on-time delivery
  3. Regular communication with the sales team regarding stock availability
  4. Control of daily cycle counts

Required Skills:
  • Strong IT skills, including intermediate level Excel and MS Office
  • Experience with operating systems, preferably Sage Line 200, and knowledge of B.O.M / Works Order
  • Strategic thinking and ability to act on initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
