Procurement Assistant Manager

In this exciting role as a Procurement Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing process. Your responsibilities will include allocating stock to sales and works orders, monitoring orders to guarantee timely delivery, and controlling daily cycle counts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Allocate stock to sales and works orders.
- Monitor orders to ensure that product is on track for delivery.
- Control of daily cycle counts.
- Assess and monitor supplier performance.
- Progress and monitor POs.
- Arrange logistics of shipments monitoring performance.
- Control customer returns.
- Maintain operating system information on an on-going basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with strong administrative skills and preferably some purchasing experience. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
