Procurement Specialist for Construction Industry

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Admin to join an award-winning construction company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating procurement records, preparing and processing purchase orders, and working with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update procurement records.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Work with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.
- Assist in the identification and selection of suppliers.
- Track inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience working within a similar role, a sound level of education, and proficiency in the use of MS Office packages. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including bonus, private medical insurance, life insurance, additional holidays, and service awards.
