Procurement Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Flowtech. This role is responsible for the procurement and administration of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocating stock to sales and works orders
- Monitoring component orders for timely delivery
- Communicating with sales team regarding availability against demand
- Controlling daily cycle counts
- Assessing and monitoring supplier acknowledgement performance
- Progressing and monitoring purchase orders
- Maintaining operating system information
- Controlling customer returns
- Driving warehouse KPIs
- Arranging logistics of shipments and monitoring performance
- Ensuring service on outbound freight
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, including intermediate level Excel and MS Office
- Experience with operating systems, preferably Sage Line 200, and knowledge of B.O.M / Works Order
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Strategic thinking and ability to act on initiative
- Confident in tackling problems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to develop in their role and learn new skills
- Hold great administrative skills
- Establish strong team relationships and work effectively in a group environment
- Excellent communication skills
