Regional Sales and Specification Manager

As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business expansion within our regional specification organization. Your primary objective will be to achieve agreed targets for project delivery through collaboration with Architects, Consultants, End Users, and Contractors.
To accomplish this, you will specify products and services aimed at maximizing market penetration within a designated geography and achieving year-on-year growth and increasing market share and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Establish strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders at named accounts, such as architects, installers, end-users, and consultants.
- Plan and organize visits to clients to address current and future specification sales opportunities within the sales territory.
- Present our company's lighting expertise and product offerings to Architects, Specifiers, End Users, and Contractors, highlighting features and benefits to achieve maximum sales volume and margin while preventing specification switching.
- Foster close working relationships with influencers within the specification sales channel to elevate the Sylvania & Concord brand and organization profile, ensuring Sylvania is perceived as the preferred choice for major lighting projects.
- Promote our company image in the marketplace to establish a quality organization in terms of client service and product integrity.
- Develop company and product awareness among the customer base through appropriate means to grow the specification brands as the first choice decision.
- Manage projects from inception to completion to ensure maximum benefits to the company with minimal disruption.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis, product innovation, pricing, etc., and communicate this information to the UK Commercial Director on a monthly basis to facilitate accurate product development and strategic marketing, establishing a competitive edge.
- In conjunction with regional leadership teams, provide credible and reliable input to the forecasting process.
- Effectively handle client administration issues and quotations to expedite specified orders and achieve a best-in-class service proposition.
- Address after-sales issues in conjunction with the Commercial and After-Sales Quality team to ensure excellence in customer service.
- E nsure timely and accurate completion of all internal administration reports to enhance selling efficiency.
