Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to lounge customers, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the bar, maintaining a high level of service and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
  • Maintain the coffee machines and ensure they are in good working order.
  • Stay up-to-date with food products offered in the lounge and provide expert recommendations.
  • Monitor and control bar stock, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including floors, counters, and cupboards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Right to work in the UK.
