Job Title: Lounge Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a Lounge Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, offering them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
  • Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the coffee machines and cupboards
  • Knowledge of food products offered in the lounge and maintain bar stock control documentation
  • Clean up the entire bar area, including the floor, counters, and cupboards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great team player with attention to detail and ability to work fast under pressure
  • Self-motivated attitude and confident working in a team
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Flexibility in regards to work availability, as the lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
