Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our luxury airline catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our discerning passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet lounge customers, offering a warm and welcoming experience
  • Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift, ensuring seamless service
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks
  • Manage bar stock control documentation, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including floors, counters, and cupboards
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Right to work in the UK
