Job Summary:
Kenton Black Finance is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing full end-to-end payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. You will also be responsible for processing SMP/SSP, HMRC and client liaison, auto-enrolment pension processing, and collating and inputting of payroll information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process full end-to-end payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis
- Process SMP/SSP
- HMRC and client liaison
- Auto-enrolment pension processing
- Collate and input payroll information
- Work as part of a busy payroll team
Requirements:
- Previous experience of running weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payrolls end-to-end, ideally within a bureau, umbrella, accountancy, or multiple payroll processing environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Auto-enrolment pensions experience
- Client liaison experience to answer payroll queries
- Friendly personality, able to work as part of a team
