Job Summary:

Kenton Black Finance is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing full end-to-end payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. You will also be responsible for processing SMP/SSP, HMRC and client liaison, auto-enrolment pension processing, and collating and inputting of payroll information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process full end-to-end payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis

  • Work as part of a busy payroll team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of running weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payrolls end-to-end, ideally within a bureau, umbrella, accountancy, or multiple payroll processing environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Auto-enrolment pensions experience
  • Client liaison experience to answer payroll queries
  • Friendly personality, able to work as part of a team
