Job Summary

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to a young girl with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one care and support to the service user, including personal care, moving and handling, and clinical care needs.
  • Accompany the service user to educational settings and engage in activities that promote social interaction and learning.
  • Observe and respond to the service user's clinical needs, providing a safe and peaceful environment for rest and relaxation.
  • Work collaboratively with the service user's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
  • Experience in managing complex care needs, including epilepsy and PEG feeding.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including full-time and part-time days and nights.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends.
