Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Fashion Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their shopping experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Store Presentation
    • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised at all times
    • Monitor and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness
  • Business Operations
    • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
    • Proven track record of sales growth and team management
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products
  • Qualifications
    • Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field
