Assistant Store Manager Opportunity at END.

END. is a leading technology-driven retailer of luxury and contemporary menswear, seeking an ambitious and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Newcastle Retail Store team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store operations, ensuring continuity and excellence in all aspects.
  • Take on full managerial tasks as needed, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of store operations, including processes and procedures.
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing exemplary service techniques.
  • Drive sales growth by motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, communicating them to the Store Manager regularly.
  • Maintain store image and standards, conducting floor walks to ensure product and merchandising standards are met.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing wage-to-sales budget, shrinkage, and revenue.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a broad skill base in business management, with a passion for the retail industry.
  • Ambition to develop into a successful Store Manager, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
