Assistant Store Manager

END. is a leading technology-driven retailer of luxury and contemporary menswear, seeking an ambitious and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Newcastle Retail Store team.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and our stores have become destinations for cutting-edge sportswear, leading Japanese brands, and luxury collections. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, motivating and developing a diverse team, and supporting our dynamic Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in operating the store, ensuring continuity in all operations.
- Be prepared to take over full managerial tasks as necessary.
- Develop a good working knowledge of store operations, including processes and procedures.
- Ensure the team is equipped with industry knowledge and product expertise.
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales through motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and communicate them to the Store Manager.
- Maintain store image and standards through floor walks and VM guidelines.
- Support the Store Manager in managing wage to sales budget, shrinkage, and revenue.
- Demonstrate a broad skill base in business management.
- Ambition within the retail function, with a desire to develop into a successful Store Manager.
- Be prepared to put in the necessary effort to drive business success.
- Have a genuine passion for the industry and your work.
- Be charismatic and able to motivate others.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
