Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our store staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including managing stock, controlling budgets, and maintaining store appearance.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve store efficiency.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, budgeting, and store appearance.
