We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Executive to join our team at Connect Fibre, a fast-growing company that is revolutionising and transforming UK towns and villages by giving them super-fast, reliable fibre broadband.


The successful candidate will support our customer marketing strategy by driving highly segmented omni-channel marketing activities, including upselling, engagement, and recontracting.



The Key Responsibilities


  • Design, execute, and analyse end-to-end omni-channel campaigns
  • Create and manage audience segmentation
  • Support new product launches
  • Brief visually appealing content and templates to our in-house design team and external agencies
  • Optimise campaigns through A/B testing and identify opportunities for growth
