We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Community Old Age Psychiatry. The successful candidate will provide senior medical input into the Community Treatment Team (CTT) and contribute to the development of services for older adults.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community mental health and a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients and their families. They will be part of a dynamic team of experienced medical and non-medical colleagues who are committed to working hard for the benefits of patients and their families.
The post holder will be responsible for providing senior expertise in the assessment and treatment of elderly patients referred to the team. They will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. They will be a strong team player with a commitment to delivering excellence in clinical care.
