About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at A&O IT Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy aligned with our overall business goals.
  • Drive marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
  • Manage the solutions team to ensure successful solution implementation and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners and direct/indirect accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a robust revenue technology stack to optimise performance across all revenue-generating functions.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle, technology advances using AI, marketing automation, and solutions implementation processes.
  • Advanced technical experience with Salesforce and similar business productivity tools.
  • Business Degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field.
  • Passion for building a customer-centric organisation and delivering exceptional value.
