Commercial Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Air Partner, a leading provider of emergency response, crisis management, and incident response services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the creation and implementation of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead the commercial team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop sales strategies and enter new markets.
  • Manage commercial partnerships and initiatives, including special projects and key account relationships.
  • Monitor and organize Kenyon commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintenance of accurate sales records.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar, senior role for a service provider, with a proven track record of increasing revenue through sales and business development strategies.
  • Experience in sales team management, with a focus on growing, supporting, and developing a successful team.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required, with a willingness to work extra hours during a crisis.
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management, with experience using a CRM system (Salesforce experience advantageous).
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
