Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage GRS inbox, reference standards, and archiving support
- Manage workload and service levels to ensure seamless laboratory operations
- Complete vital documentation and support laboratory teams
- Act as a point of contact for customers, engaging with them to understand their business requirements
- Maintain records for equipment servicing and routine preparation according to GMP regulations
- Assist with reference standard management and archiving as required
