About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Great Jobs UK Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our digital and graphic content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Create and implement innovative social media campaigns and content that reflect our brand and business strategy, incorporating photography, videography, and animated graphics.
  • Graphic Design: Design and produce in-house promotional content, including graphics for digital ads, social media posts, and websites.
  • Photography and Visual Content: Conduct and oversee photography sessions to capture high-quality images for use in digital and print media.
  • PR Campaigns: Design graphic elements for PR campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and event promotions.
  • CRM Campaigns: Produce engaging content and design for company newsletters and internal communications.
  • Ecommerce: Manage the ecommerce platform, keeping up to date with new products and courses.
  • Reporting: Produce monthly analytics reports and work with the marketing manager to translate these into insights contributing to successful marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital content strategy, graphic design, and social media planning.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Photography: Experience in photography and image editing.
  • Design: Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and previous work on promotional content and brand materials.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
