The Role

We are seeking an experienced Progress Coach to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

About the Job

As a Progress Coach, you will be responsible for providing support and encouragement to our young people. This may involve attendance monitoring, representation at meetings, liaison with parents, and ongoing pastoral and emotional support. You will also need to liaise with other teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
