Morgan Philips Executive Search has been retained by the UK arm of a fast-growing Global IT Services business seeking to accelerate their rapid growth under a new Managing Director.

This company has a significant footprint in the Public Sector, providing IT consulting, project/change management and deep technical expertise. However, they now aim to expand their revenues in the private sector, with a specific focus on financial services.

As Senior Financial Services Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building the FS Sales strategy, identifying and winning new logo business and working on growing share of wallet in existing FS clients.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong track record selling technology solutions and consulting to financial services institutions in the UK. You will have experience shaping and executing sales strategies, demonstrating the ability to win and grow FS accounts, and possessing a strong network in the industry.

You will be an entrepreneurial, dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen and a real appetite for building and growing business lines.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
