About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Acute Mental Health Services Professional to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Mental Health Liaison Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to patients within our acute trusts.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  3. Educate and supervise staff on mental health best practices.
  4. Represent mental health services within the general hospital setting.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of acute mental health services. A minimum of two years post-registration experience in mental health is essential, with a diploma in professional studies or equivalent qualification highly desirable.
