Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hampshire. As a fully remote role, you will focus on guiding growth for KAO Salon Division's brands by organizing product introduction training for new salons and representing the company at industry events and association meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by promoting the full portfolio of KAO Salon Division brands using our 5+1 Powerbrand strategy.
- Manage your territory, working with head office to plan tours and improve customer engagement.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Utilize technology (iPad, digital tools, Salesforce Automation) to support sales efforts and refine operations.
- Submit sales reports directly to your line manager, the Area Sales Manager, and work with the education team to ensure seamless collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in a B2B sales environment within the beauty or a related industry. Sales certifications or ongoing professional development.
- An understanding of different business sales cultures and the ability to adapt to various environments.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft office tools) to enhance sales performance.
- Flexibility is necessary, as we may ask you to spend 3-4 days per week traveling to visit customers.
Benefits
- A competitive salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Up to 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off, with the option to buy up to 5 extra days (pro-rata).
