About the Role: As an Area Sales Manager at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in central England. You will work closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
• Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the territory.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:
• Proven sales track record in electronics, plastics, or metal parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000-£52,000 per annum.
