Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Agent to join our exceptional Front Office Team at The Celtic Collection. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Process guest arrivals and departures, using our hotel systems to manage room assignments and key cards
- Provide exceptional levels of guest service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office Team to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with hotel services and amenities, ensuring you can provide accurate information to guests

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a calm and efficient individual with excellent communication skills. You will be required to have knowledge of The Celtic Collection and the services provided by various outlets. In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act of 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
