We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Unique School Solutions. The successful candidate will be working with a primary school in Rotherham, supporting a student in Year 3 with complex needs.

The role involves providing one-to-one support to the student, both in the classroom and in specialist areas, such as sensory circuits. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs and possess a calm and empathetic personality.

You will be working closely with the class teacher and other members of the school staff to develop strategies to support the student's learning and well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and potentially secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or adults with SEN (at least 3 months in the last 2 years)
