Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Independent Special Needs School in Nottingham. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs across Key Stages 2 to 5.

You will work closely with experienced educators and specialists to provide tailored support for students' individual learning needs. Our school caters to children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and require a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant TA qualifications, strong references supporting prior experience, a full CV covering their employment history, and the right to work in the UK. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £85-£105 per day, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a commitment to being an Equal Opportunities Employer.
