We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker at Cambian Complex Care in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

  • 12 months experience in a Children's Residential Care role.
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this).
  • Full UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.40-£14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • A sleep-in rate of £30.00.
