Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Cambian Complex Care. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standards and outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Develop and implement care plans that promote positive outcomes for service users
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our shared values of positivity, innovation, and empowerment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for all involved
Requirements
- Experience in a residential care setting, preferably in a management role
- Ability to demonstrate our shared values and lead by example
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS check and ability to provide references
