Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in executing M&A transactions, conducting market research, and analyzing trends in the energy and infrastructure sectors.


Requirements for this role include 3-5 years of experience in M&A, debt financing, or relevant positions, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors.


  • Assist in executing M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key qualifications include excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, debt financing, or relevant advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sectors is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
