About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Nursing Team Lead to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a senior member of our community nursing team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of community nurses.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, teaching others, and possessing clinical skills at Senior Community Nursing level. You will also have experience participating in investigation/management of complaints, as well as evidence of participating in clinical audits in the workplace.

This is a full-time secondment opportunity of 12 months within the Watford planned care team, with scope to increase to a full-time post. As a NHS employee, you will have access to a range of benefits, including a salary of approximately £52,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on the title, job description, and location.
