Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the North UK region, specifically the M62 Corridor up to Cumbria. As a key member of our FSi division, you will be responsible for delivering our market strategy, identifying new opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow our current customer base through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Conduct regular customer and site visits, providing technical support and expertise
  • Develop and deliver CPD sessions for architects and main contractors, representing Etex at trade shows
  • Manage a large customer caseload, meeting sales targets and updating CRM records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to provide exceptional technical and customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales-focused position within the construction industry
  • Ability to manage a large customer base and prioritize site visits and calls
  • Personable and customer-focused approach
  • Competency in MS Packages and CRM
