Child Care Service Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Deputy Manager to take on a challenging and rewarding role at a Children's Residential Home in the Newport area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including staff management, operational planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good understanding about Ofsted regulations
