Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager at SGS Care Ltd, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Residential Child Care Workers to deliver high-quality care to young people
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for young people in our care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to Ofsted as required
  • Working closely with other members of the management team to ensure effective service delivery

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £47,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive ongoing training and learning opportunities, as well as benefits such as 30 days annual leave and a gold Investors in People Award.
