Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide high-quality personal care and support to service users in a residential care setting within NHS Highland.

The ideal candidate will adopt a person-centred approach, delivering flexible and responsive care to maximise and maintain the independence of our service users.

Estimated Salary: £23,500 - £28,000 per annum based on 25.3 hours per week.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users in a residential care setting.
  • Deliver a person-centred approach, prioritising individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential.
  • Hold an SVQ 2 in Social Care or another relevant qualification (or be willing to achieve this within 5 years).
  • Registration with the SSSC as a Support Worker in a Care Home Service.
Working Arrangements

Two part-time permanent posts available, working 25.3 hours per week, including day, night, evening, and weekend shifts.

Evening and weekend enhancements apply.
