We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our care team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, creating safe and supportive environments, and making informed clinical decisions.
The successful candidate will have current NMC registration and excellent knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of residents
- Provide high-quality nursing care, prioritizing resident safety and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of current clinical practices
- Experience in care planning and risk assessment
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
