About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Healthcare Support Professional with our East Caithness Health and Social Care Team.

As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic care and support to patients in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work independently, with a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, carers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • No experience required; full training provided
  • Essential skills and qualifications: ability to work independently, strong communication skills, empathy and understanding
