Nursing Professional

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join NHS Highland at Caithness General Hospital. The role involves working in a busy acute admission ward with a high dependency unit, providing high-standard care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver evidence-based patient-centered care and work closely with the multi-disciplinary team
- To support further training and experience for patients and staff alike
This is a fixed-term part-time post of 23 hours per week, worked as a rotational contract. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000- £42,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme and generous annual leave.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.

- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a high dependency unit or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
