Job Summary
NHS Scotland is committed to delivering exceptional care within patients' home environments. We are seeking a highly skilled Care Specialist to join our East Caithness Community Nursing Team in Wick, working on a part-time basis of 14.7 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, with the ability to process a variety of tasks while maintaining personal development and good communication, time management, and organisational skills. Adaptability, self-motivation, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
About the Role
This position involves working within a dynamic team environment, covering a 7-day rota. Travel is required, and a pool car will be available for use during working hours.
What We Offer
NHS Scotland offers a competitive salary, estimated at approximately £25-30 per hour, based on the UK's national living wage rates. This equates to an annual salary of around £42,000-49,600, depending on the actual hours worked.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualifications and experience as a registered nurse or healthcare professional. A full driving licence and ability to travel are also essential.
